Bead & Build Studio – Terms of Service

1. Studio Purpose

Bead & Build Studio exists to support beadmakers who want to build intentional, recognizable work and develop real brands. This is a learning and discussion space, not a guarantee of business results.

Participation requires respect for the studio, its members, and the work shared inside.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All studio content, including but not limited to:

• Signature Series concepts

• Live sessions and replays

• Written posts, frameworks, and resources

• Design logic, naming, and methodology

is the intellectual property of Bead & Build Studio.

Members may apply concepts to their own work, but may not:

• Re-share studio content publicly or privately

• Record or redistribute live sessions

• Sell, teach, or repackage studio concepts as their own

• Post screenshots, recordings, or summaries outside the studio

This studio is built on trust. Respecting that trust is required.

3. Membership Access & Payments

Paid membership grants access to live sessions, replays, and member-only content while the subscription is active.

• Memberships renew monthly unless canceled

• Cancellations stop future billing but do not retroactively refund past months

• Access to paid content ends when the subscription ends

Group subscriptions are intended for shared learning within a single business or team.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

If special offers, credits, or completion-based incentives are offered separately, their terms will be clearly stated at the time they are offered.

5. Participation Expectations

Bead & Build Studio is a respectful, professional environment.

Members agree to:

• Engage respectfully with others

• Avoid copying or critiquing in bad faith

• Not pressure for one-on-one consulting or custom work

• Accept that feedback may be general, not personalized

Disruptive, disrespectful, or exploitative behavior may result in removal from the studio without refund.

6. Scope of Support

This studio provides:

• Group education

• Conceptual guidance

• Shared learning

It does not provide:

• One-on-one coaching

• Custom designs

• Guaranteed business outcomes

• Legal, financial, or tax advice

Members are responsible for how they apply what they learn.

7. Confidentiality Within the Studio

Members may share personal experiences, struggles, and questions inside the studio.

What is shared inside the studio stays inside the studio.

This applies to:

• Other members’ work

• Questions and discussions

• Feedback shared during sessions

8. Changes to the Studio

Bead & Build Studio may evolve over time. Session formats, topics, or schedules may be adjusted to better serve members.

Any major changes will be communicated clearly inside the studio.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By joining Bead & Build Studio, members agree to these terms and commit to engaging in good faith.
