We bought what we liked.
We bought what was cute.
We bought what was trending.
We bought full sets because we did not want to miss out.
Then one day we looked around and realized we had bins, boxes, beads, charms, acrylics, blanks, pens, toppers, and supplies everywhere.
That does not mean you made a mistake.
It means your inventory needs a job.
This week was all about taking your collection idea and deciding:
What you actually need to make now
What you should save for later
What you need to test first
What you do not need to buy more of yet
Because inventory should support the collection you are launching.
It should not create more clutter, confusion, pressure, or panic.
